Meet the Founder

Shonta L. Thomas

Shonta L. Thomas is a distinguished mental health professional, author, and advocate, dedicated to empowering individuals to lead their best lives. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, she currently resides in the Atlanta metro area with her two children.

Shonta's academic credentials are extensive. She holds a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology, another in Community Counseling, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. A two-time breast cancer survivor and Navy veteran, she brings deep empathy and clinical expertise to every client she serves.
