1. Website Use

2. Services
Mind Matters Consulting provides counseling, life coaching, trauma coaching programs, and subscription memberships. Please note that coaching is not therapy. Coaching is intended to support personal growth and development, and is not a clinical or medical service. Results are not guaranteed and depend on each client's personal commitment, effort, and participation.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. All sales are final. No refunds are provided once services have begun.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee. Subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time; however, no partial refunds are provided for unused time within a current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and program materials — is the property of Mind Matters Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.
